Abstract

This study surveyed 300 undergraduates attending colleges in P City to investigate the impact of college stress on the mental health of college students, especially in relation to gender, level of satisfaction with major, grade-related stress, differences in mental health, and life stresses. The results were as follows.
First, College stress can vary depending on gender, satisfaction with major, and grades. Second, Degree of mental health may also differ according to gender and satisfaction with major. Third, College life stresses influence mental health.
